Our client in the global professional services industry is seeking a Client Relationship Marketing Manager for a LOA cover. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, extensive experience in client relationship management, and a proven track record in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies.

What you will do:

• Curate content and experiences that clients truly need and deliver them.
• Support client relationship marketing activities, including events and experiences, 360° value reports, research on key buyers and more.
• Use client SynOps and other leading technologies to help know and prioritize marketing work.
• Measure marketing against agreed-upon success measures and use feedback loops for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Communications or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally in professional services or other B2B industry.
• Account-based marketing experience highly desirable.
• Broad marketing skill set, including campaign management, deliverable development and measurement and reporting.
• Demonstrable experience in using different marketing channels, including social media, email and direct mail.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to present and convey ideas clearly and persuasively at all levels.
• Team player with great interpersonal skills.
• Creativity, flair, and innovation in how to achieve cut-through and differentiation for campaigns.
• Enthusiasm, passion for marketing and can-do attitude.
• Strong content development/writing prowess.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar client relationship management platform desirable, e.g., managing client interactions, reporting, campaign set up.
• Experience using Eloqua (or similar email platform) desirable.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Design skills are nice to have, but not essential.
• Pacific Time zone is ideal but not required.
