You can work with the customer success manager to identify areas of product improvement and increase customer engagement. You can deliver customer demos and trainings with confidence.  QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Experience working with SaaS products
    • Ability to create stunning PowerPoint presentations
    • Ability to deliver customer tutorials
    • Strong organizational skills to manage deadlines, customer deliverables, respond to customer issues
    • Knack for replicating customer issues and finding defects within the platform
    • Ability to consult on customer adoption and implementation improvements
