    Job Description

    We are a boutique accounting firm located in downtown Greenville. We have been servicing the Greenville community for 45 years. We have a newly remodeled office in a historic building, leading to a unique and beautiful work space.

    We are looking for a part time employee or intern to learn the ins and outs of an accounting firm that deals only with a very selective clientele of high net worth individuals and companies. Specifically, you will be assisting the General Manager on a daily basis and working with our CPA's and partners on special projects. 

    Some of the work is reception work, answering phones, greeting clients.  You will also be taught on our CPA office software and learn to help clients with information.  You will participate in data entry at times, letter writing, answering emails.  Scanning and uploading documents to clients accounts is a part of the job. You will be trained on all aspects.  

    We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, writing skills, speaking skills and overall presentation. Due to the nature of our business, ethics are also highly important to our firm. 

    This is a paid position.  We will work around at school schedule if you have one,  but plan to work a minimum of 20 hours with a maximum of 28.  Your days and hours are negotiable. 

    You will learn a great deal of office skills, and we hope it twill be enjoyable at the same time.
