HB has contributed roughly $10 billion in gross meeting revenue to the hospitality community over the last five years. HB has a global presence with more than 1,400 Associates in 55 countries.
In 2020, HB Associates help clients rebook and cancel thousands of meetings due to COVID-19, mitigating millions of dollars in damages, as well as locating sequestered and safe spaces for clients' essential workers.

SUCCESS IS YOURS IF YOU CAN/ARE:
- outgoing and not afraid to network

- develop and implement a sales strategy and plan in line with your business plan and sales goals
- generate leads to build your client base
- prospect for new business through outbound action - phone, email, online, in-person
- establish, develop, and maintain a sales pipeline
- own and manage the sales process from start to finish for all opportunities
- coordinate contract negotiations, re-negotiations, and sign-offs
- participate in client and prospect functions/activities (tradeshows, conventions, client forums) as necessary
- update new and existing clients on offerings and industry changes as needed
- oversee and be accountable for RFPs, client presentations, and coordinating site visits

- You earn a commission for business booked into hotels and located in the destination selected by your client
- We do NOT pay an hourly wage or annual salary
- There is no cap or limit on how much money you can earn.
DOES IT COST ANYTHING TO BE AN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR WITH HB?
- You need access to a reliable and stable internet connection
- You need a computer with a current operating system that can run Microsoft Office
- If you attend any events that require travel/transport to/from the event, you cover the cost

- We provide comprehensive training to help you build your business
