Position Overview:
Franklin County Department of Job and Family Services (FCDC) is seeking a skilled and service-oriented Help Desk Analyst to support technical operations across its enterprise. This is an on-site role with a short-term contract, ideal for candidates who can hit the ground running and provide immediate value in an IT support environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assign user access rights for applications and network resources (folders, printers, databases, cloud services)
Handle password resets for Active Directory, email, remote access, and internal apps
Support and resolve user account issues, including account cleanup and privilege management
Configure and deliver new endpoint devices; support endpoint deployment
Coordinate e-recycling and asset disposal processes
Provide excellent customer service via in-person, phone, and messaging platforms
Maintain and support desktop systems and peripheral devices
Create documentation, reports, and procedures for IT operations
Collaborate with internal IT and business teams for issue resolution and improvements
Required Skills & Experience:
4+ years in a Help Desk / Service Desk / Desktop Support role
Strong experience with Active Directory, including password resets and user account management
Experience with Outlook and new device configuration
Familiarity with endpoint deployment and ITSM practices
Ability to document and communicate technical information clearly
Capable of presenting solutions and responding to inquiries from stakeholders
Interview Process:
