    Hartwig Staffing has partnered with a local client looking to add a Help Desk Analyst to their team. Compensation for this role is $50,000.

    **This role does not offer remote or hybrid opportunities. Must be in Oklahoma to be considered.**

    Skills you'll need:

    • Must have at least 2 years of helpdesk technical support experience and Windows troubleshooting experience.
    • Need to have strong customer service skills, and the ability to work well in a team or individually.
    • Have a good understanding of A+.
    • Proficient in MS Office, and Adobe Acrobat, and experience with server 2016/2019 in an Active Directory environment.

    What you'll do:

    • Provide first-level technical support and diagnostics for users' software and hardware needs.
    • Receive incoming calls for technical support and diagnostics.
    • Configure, install and maintain desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
    • Troubleshoot desktop and network issues via phone and on-site support.
    • Assist with equipment repair and rollouts of software/hardware.
    • Develop, implement, and maintain technical documentation for the department.
    • Collaborate with IS staff members to resolve issues.
    • Perform On-call duties on a regular rotation.
    • Assist with Mobile Iron email accounts for cell phones.
    • Communicate with end users, IS Department Staff, and vendors for troubleshooting.
