    Job Description

    This Help Desk Engineer is responsible for supporting and maintaining client's technology infrastructure, acting as second level support. The Solutions team collaborates closely with the data center, network, and operations teams to ensure the business maintains efficient and reliable day-to-day operations.

    As a Senior Helpdesk Engineer, you will play a key role in leading the IT helpdesk team to resolves user escalations and high level troubleshooting.

    This role demands advanced problem-solving abilities, exceptional communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing outstanding service.

    Successful candidate would require experience with Checkpoint, Checkpoint VPN, and Remote Desktop. Various softwares include Microsoft Office, Teams, Visio, various web browsers and proprietary software.

    Engineer will create and maintain user profiles via Active Directory, Exchange (On Premises and Office 365), and Entra. Familiar with network systems such as Cisco Meraki, DNS, and DHCP.
