    Help Desk Analyst
    On-site – Oklahoma

    We’re looking for an experienced Help Desk Analyst to provide IT support across hardware, software, and network systems. This role will troubleshoot end-user issues, perform installations and upgrades, manage user accounts, and contribute to larger IT projects.

    What You’ll Do

    • Support end users with technical issues (hardware, software, O365, Azure AD, Windows Server).

    • Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems, escalating when needed.

    • Perform system updates, installations, and preventative maintenance.

    • Document processes and maintain service desk records.

    What We’re Looking For

    • 5+ years in a help desk/desktop support role.

    • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

    • Experience with O365, Azure AD, Windows Server, and hardware support.

    • Associate degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience).

    • Professional certifications a plus.

    Details

    • Full-time, Monday–Friday (day shift; some additional hours/weekends as needed).

    • Up to 30% travel may be required.

    $65,000-$70,000 per year
