    Aspen Careers is partnering with a full-service law firm to identify an experienced Help Desk Supervisor to lead end user support operations in the firm’s Columbus office. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on IT professional who enjoys mentoring others, improving processes, and delivering exceptional customer service in a professional services environment.

    Job Title: Help Desk Supervisor
    Location: Columbus, Ohio (in-office or remote)

    • Lead and oversee the daily operations of a busy IT help desk

    • Manage procedures for identifying, prioritizing, and resolving support requests

    • Monitor, track, and coordinate help desk functions for optimal performance

    • Create, maintain, and manage knowledge base articles within the ticketing system

    • Train and install MDM software on BYOD devices

    • Coordinate video conferences with internal teams and clients

    • Administer FTP sites, including creating new sites and updating existing ones

    • Collaborate with Infrastructure and Practice Support teams

    • Assist with onboarding and training of new help desk staff

    • Participate in ongoing training related to core firm applications

    The Ideal Candidate:

    • 4+ years of experience working directly with end users in a Help Desk or IT support role (legal environment preferred)

    • Associate degree in Information Technology or related field

    • Strong knowledge of:

      • Help desk policies, standards, and protocols

      • Ticketing systems

      • Microsoft Office Suite and Windows OS

      • Telecommunications hardware and services

      • Remote desktop systems

      • Mobile device management

      • FTP site administration

    • Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, and customer service skills

    • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities

    • Excellent communication skills

    • High attention to detail

    • Professional demeanor and appearance

    • Commitment to data security, confidentiality, and compliance standards
