Help Desk/IT Supervisor
Level I Salary: $70,000 – $80,000/year + bonus
My client is a leading technology solutions provider located in Monterey, California with a strong reputation of quality MSP services. They are always on the lookout for passionate people who like to be on the leading edge of technology changes. They are looking for a Help Desk Supervisor to their MSP team. You will report to the CEO and act as his right-hand person when technical issues come up beyond the general help desk issues. You will also enforce metrics goals for the help desk team. This is both a supervisory and hands-on roll as you will also be a point of escalation for client issues.
They are looking for a hands-on IT Manager who can be both strategic and roll up their sleeves to get the job done. This is a collaborative role reporting to the CFO. You will be challenged with driving the implementation and management of technology solutions that support the company’s business objectives.
