    Job Description

    We are seeking an Reliable On Site Tier 1 and 2 Help Desk Representatives to join our team! You will resolve hardware and software related issues for your clients. This job you will be the front line of service for our customer(s) using and strong tool base. As part of our team we service customers custom environments and needs.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
    • Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
    • Recommend hardware and software improvements
    • Track customer issues and resolutions
    • Detailed documentation in our ticketing system
    • Maintain User accounts in 365 and Active Directory Hybrid Environment
    • Ontime arrival for Daily Shift
    • Must be able to lift 50-80 pounds as needed for computer equipment
    • Network Administration and Troubleshooting
    • Hardware Deployment
    • Backup Monitoring
    • On call rotation

    Qualifications:

    • Must be able to pass Background check and drug screening
    • Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Ability to handle escalating situations
    • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
    • Positive and professional demeanor
    • Must live in reasonable Driving range of Location and have Valid Drivers License and transportation as it is required Service locations for Occasional Customer Site Visits

    Education or Equivalent experience preferred:

    • Experience in Windows administration and M365 Management
    • PowerShell Administration and Experience (preferred but not required)
    • C Plus (preferred but not required)
    • Experience in Desktop prior HelpDesk role a plus.
