POSITION OVERVIEW Reporting to the Lead Account Executive, the Help Desk & Support Manager will manage Tier 1/2 support for SharePoint and Power Apps. Resolve access and user issues. Maintain ticket logs and escalate recurring problems. Support onboarding and training coordination.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Meet minimal requirements to obtain a Federal Government Security Clearance

5+ years in IT help desk or support roles

2+ years supporting Microsoft 365 environments

ITIL certification preferred

Experience supporting government or DoD end users
