We are looking for a Client Services Coordinator to join our client services team to provide friendly, courteous, and confidential support to our English and Spanish speaking clients, their fundraising volunteers, and referring health care professionals via telephone, email and online. About You: * Education /Training/Experience: College graduate or equivalent combination of education and experience in social work, fundraising, or health care. * Proactive, independent worker with strong ability to collaborate with a team. * Personable, compassionate, and creative with strong verbal and written skills. * Familiar with various fundraising approaches. * Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Publisher, Canva and Excel. * Experienced with social media. * Spoken and written fluency in both English and Spanish. Duties and Responsibilities * Initial Client Contact: Assess appropriateness of client candidates. Review client/caller needs and their potential network for community-based fundraising. Provide an overview of Help Hope Live services. Establish compassionate rapport with client/caller to encourage fundraising with Help Hope Live. * Ongoing Client Communication: Help customize a campaign page at www.helphopelive.org. Provide fundraising guidance, resources and support via telephone, email, and online to clients and their fundraising volunteers. Perform routine and specialized tasks to help clients develop, launch, promote and sustain community-based fundraising campaigns. * General: Keep current with best fundraising practices and developments in the areas of transplantation, spinal cord and traumatic brain injury, and other areas impacting our client constituencies. Keep accurate records of campaign activities and other relevant information in custom-built client database. Coordinate with other staff to maximize fundraising success for client campaigns. Occasionally travel to represent the organization at professional health care conferences and medical facilities. * Other : Accurately translate and/or interpret from Spanish to English and English to Spanish on an as-needed basis. Perform other related duties as assigned. The Location : Help Hope Live is located in beautiful Radnor, PA in a corporate center with onsite parking, gym, and café. We are also convenient to multiple forms of public transportation.
