    Real Estate Executive Assistant - Client Care Coordinator Due to growth we’re hiring a motivated executive assistant to join our growing team. Responsibilities include administrative duties such as keeping track of all transaction documents in the client database for our real estate agents, monitoring and notifying clients of important deadlines, complying with legal procedures, and planning appointments and final walkthroughs. You’ll also support the team by managing various client experience projects, as well as being the first point of contact for the company, handling the flow of clients, marketing the company on social media, and planning company events. Responsibilities: Participate in training sessions to improve skills with administrative tasks in the real estate industry Fill out all appropriate paperwork and file in the customer database to assist the real estate team in closing deals Arrange for open houses and other community events to locally spread brand awareness Fulfill client requests for information or other relevant transaction services in a quick and friendly manner Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met • Build, implement, and manage systems for better efficiency within the role Qualifications: Available evenings and weekends Great written and verbal skills High school diploma or equivalent required • Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment and under strict deadlines. • Strong typing and computer skills (including iMovie, Microsoft Office, etc). • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks according to importance. • Self-starter with strong initiative and attention to detail. • Process-driven, organized and able to meet timelines. • Attention to detail and strong data entry skills. • Detailed oriented with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects, utilizing available resources. • Contributes to the team effort, fostering a positive work environment and continually demonstrates the Company's Core Values. Compensation: $30,000 - $50,000 yearly
