    TechPossible is seeking an experienced, hands-on Helpdesk Consultant to join our growing team. This role supports a wide range of clients and environments, performing both remote and onsite work. The ideal candidate has strong experience in desktop support, Office 365, IT infrastructure, low-voltage wiring, server support, and security camera systems.

    Essential Job Responsibilities: (Including but not limited to)

    Provide desktop and end-user support for Windows and macOS environments

    Perform network diagnostics and resolve connectivity issues

    Document configurations, changes, workflows, and processes

    Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure (switches, firewalls, access points, etc.)

    Deploy, troubleshoot, and support Windows and Linux servers

    Handle low-voltage wiring, including network cabling and terminations

    Install and configure IP-based camera systems and NVRs

    Assist with project deployments and onsite service calls

    Required Qualifications:

    5+ years of hands-on experience in a similar IT role

    Strong desktop support skills (Windows 10/11, Office 365, printers, peripherals)

    Solid understanding of networking (VLANs, routing, switching, VPNs)

    Experience with server hardware, Active Directory, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)

    Proficiency in network cabling and terminations (Cat5e/6/6A)

    Experience with IP security camera systems

    Ability to lift equipment and work in attic/closet environments as needed

    Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

    Preferred Skills: (Not Required)

    Firewall configuration experience (Fortinet, SonicWall, Cisco, etc.)

    Familiarity with backup systems, cloud services, and RMM tools

    Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, or similar

    Previous MSP experience
