1. Complete medication reviews with health plan members via phone.

2. Support Medicaid Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committees by conducting therapeutic class reviews, new drug evaluations, inter-rater reviews, FWA research and write coverage policies.

3. Take clinical calls from health plan members to support the pharmacy technician team making quality measure related outbound calls.

4. Field pharmacy related questions from health plan members and health plan staff; appropriately escalate concerns to management in a timely manner.

5. Assist with projects such as claim trouble shooting, issue tracking, system configuration, vendor management and other project related tasks. Performs other position appropriate duties as required in a competent, professional, and courteous manner.

Preferred Experience and Licensing:

Pharmacist License issued by a State Board of Pharmacy or Intern License

2 years of experience in a retail pharmacy, pharmacy department of a health plan or Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM)

Required Skills:

Exceptional customer service and professionalism.

Must have knowledge of pharmacy claims adjudication.

Must be self-motivated and willing to work effectively and efficiently.

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $60.00/hr + Bonus

Schedule: 40 hours per week Monday - Friday
