Job Description
Helping Hands Community is a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving those most vulnerable to COVID-19. Our technology platform empowers community partners—including food banks, health care providers, and local governments—to deliver groceries and other essential supplies at scale through our network of delivery partners and volunteers. Founded by veterans of Uber, Facebook, and Google, the Helping Hands Community organization comprises more than 150 volunteers from professionals who want to give back to students beginning their careers from around the country.

Our partner console is a B2B SaaS product used by food banks and other partner organizations around the country to help deliver food to those in need. The designer will work with a lead designer and small group focused on this space to scale growth with experience improvements. It will focus both on short-term changes and long-term strategies. Project designs include task flows with inline error fixing, creating dashboard overviews, and thinking about mobile experiences for partners handling day of event needs. As we continue to scale, we will look to you to help build and grow our talented design team.
