Our goal is to support our clients in such a way that they can continue to grow their businesses and not worry about employee administration.

    SUMMARY

    We carry the HR burden so our clients can focus on other needs of their business. The Helpside HR team are experts and help our clients succeed. The HR Admin position contributes to that process by managing various administrative tasks and duties. This entry-level position will provide a great foundation in HR to the right candidate.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Oversee and complete unemployment insurance claims
    • Manage and complete incoming HR paperwork & mail
    • Run government employment reports
    • Conduct & provide market salary surveys to clients
    • Manage job postings & applicant tracking system
    • Oversee E-Verify & I-9 process
    • Manage background check system
    • Perform other duties as required and assigned

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Bachelors degree or current student preferred
    • 1-2 years’ experience working in an office setting preferred
