Educational and experience requirements;

Four years technical or business administration degree or equivalent (advanced degree - MBA - preferred)

Extensive tenure in the management of retail and wholesale operating units.

Versed working knowledge of financial operations, accounting, marketing, IT, and employee relations required.

Advanced organizational, leadership, communication, and analytical skills a necessity.
