Responsibilities;

Represent our Company Core Values.

Manage daily Sales, Parts, and Service Departments operation to include all; Budget goals,personnel,and vendor and dealer relationships.

Provide Super Service through best possible professionalism.

Educational and experience requirements;

Four-year business-related degree or equivalent (advanced degree - MBA - preferred)

Extensive tenure in the management of retail operating units-dealership experience preferred.

Working knowledge of operations, finance\accounting, marketing, and employee relations.
