Responsibilities;
Represent our Company Core Values.
Manage daily Sales, Parts and Service Departments operation to include all;
Budget goals
Personnel
Vendor and dealer relationships
Provide Super Service through best possible professionalism.
Manage company assets.
Control expenses.
Educational and experience requirements;
Four-year business-related degree or equivalent (advanced degree - MBA - preferred)
Extensive tenure in the management of retail operating units-dealership experience preferred.
Working knowledge of operations, finance\accounting, marketing, and employee relations critical.
Advanced organizational, leadership, communication, problem-solving and analytical skills required.
