While following the training that is available and plugging into the system correctly, we expect this individual to make a 1st year commission-able income ranging from $52,000 - $150,000 - but there is no ceiling. You dictate your own cap.

Compensation continues to grow annually with continued activity

We act like owners because we own it! We believe that the people who are doing the work and getting the results should be the ones receiving the rewards - therefore, we have a 1099 structure for this position where our agents are rewarded immediately with commission checks when they help families.
