TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

Established in 2013, Henlow Recruitment Group is a fast growing recruitment company. Due to our acquisition with nGAGE, we are continuing to grow our teams in both the UK and the US. The rapid growth so far this year has resulted in additional offices opening in Jersey City. We are currently looking for hard-working, ambitious and driven graduates / sales professionals to join our lucrative Jersey City office as Trainee Recruitment Consultants.

STARTING SALARY: $35,000 - $45,000

UNCAPPED EARNINGS: Year 1 OTE: $50,000 Year 2 OTE: $80,000 Year 3 OTE: $100,000

THE ROLE:

• Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies.
• Visiting clients to build and develop positive relationships with them
• Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates
• Managing interview processes / offer management

TRAINING:

• Working alongside our director and top biller
• Full training and fast progression

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree / sales experience
• Driven, committed and ambitious
• Strong work ethic to go the extra mile
