WAREHOUSE & DELIVERY CLERK

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure accurate and timely receipt of freight; accurately place incoming stock in the proper locations
• Manage order pulling for employees and customers
• Promptly notify salesman or management of customer issues, returns and problems with delivery as necessary
• Manage all shipping processes, including shipping of warranty parts back to factory
• Ensure proper disposal of parts within factory, company and environmental guidelines
• Take a lead role in bin organization and parts stocking
• Immediately inform management of any stock outages or discrepancies
• Initiate all paperwork relating to damages/shortages and vendor returns
• Participate in perpetual inventory counts
• Take initiative to get the job done through innovative thinking
• Maintain department security
• Drives delivery vehicle for the purpose of parts delivery as required
• Provide prompt and efficient delivery of parts to wholesale customers thru on-site delivery service
• Load delivery vehicle and handle parts in such a way as to eliminate damage
• Work to achieve timely and accurate deliveries

• Strong work ethic
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information in the English language
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Validate Texas Class C driver’s license
