    We are looking to hire a qualified Customer Service / Administrative Assistant to join our team Job Description: The assistant will be responsible for the ongoing management of commercial clients, retention of new and renewal clients. These duties include but are not limited to: - Answering phone calls - Calling existing clients for renewals - Obtaining proper information and documentation from new and existing clients - Resolving customer issues - Back-office management of operations and administration - Run errands and handle payments Qualifications: - Ability to navigate, rate and quote via carrier websites - Capable of multi-tasking and working multiple projects simultaneously - Calling and following-up on cancelled policies. - Handle policies renewal. - Maintain electronic records. - Team player with a strong work ethic - Knowledge of Excel and Word is a plus - Bilingual - Spanish/English - a plus, but not required Please submit your resume with confidence and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
