Job Description
Her Campus Media is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join our team part-time (approximately 20-30 hours per week, days/hours flexible and to be determined with the candidate) to provide day-to-day management and oversight of the company’s HR operations. This person will report to the VP, Finance and Administration and the VP, Business Strategy & Legal Affairs and play a pivotal role in hiring, employee matters, DEI, benefits, employee experience, and organizational communication. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with experience in problem-solving to ensure that all human resource operations are carried out smoothly and effectively. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional and tactful person who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is well-versed in all aspects of human resources.

Additional Information
Hourly rate: $35-$43
