Her Campus seeks enthusiastic, creative, hard-working, professional and detail-oriented E-Commerce & Operations interns to work in the Her Campus office in Boston on a part-time basis. If you want to immerse yourself in the various aspects of running and maintaining an E-Commerce store & site, as well as various aspects of company operations, and are passionate about Her Campus, we want you to join us as an E-Commerce & operations intern! Our E-Commerce team is responsible for conceptualizing and producing new products, conducting surveys and and analyzing sales and other reports to map out future product releases, sales, social promos and etc, maintaining inventory of hcxo.shop, liaising with the companies that produce and store our products, providing excellent service to our customers, and more. Our operations team oversees the ins and outs of company culture and function, including planning office social events & parties, maintaining inventory of client gifts, snacks and office supplies, transitioning CCs and other team members into their roles, composing digital newsletters, providing technical support and more! This is an ideal hands-on opportunity for those interested in E-Commerce, office management and/or digital production, who is excited about fostering a fun and productive workplace and playing an integral role in supporting the entire company's operations. Interns will work directly with the Production & Support Associate and should be self-motivated, efficient, organized, and have a huge desire to work at Her Campus!
