    Job Description

    This position can be based in our Boston office or remotely from NYC or LA.

    Her Campus Media is seeking an Influencer Management Associate to lead the day-to-day growth and development of Her Campus’s InfluenceHer Collective and High School Ambassador networks. This person will play a critical role in Her Campus’s influencer strategy and directly support the Influencer Marketing Manager in overseeing these important communities.     RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Managing a growing network of 3500+ InfluenceHer Collective influencers by serving as the first point of content for members, fielding their questions and maintaining relationships.

    • Executing strategic outreach for InfluenceHer Collective member recruitment and tracking the success of various recruitment methods, hitting growth goals.

    • Fostering the InfluenceHer Collective community, creating innovative resources and educational newsletters and monitoring the network’s social media groups and accounts.

    • Conceptualizing, launching, and executing additional programming initiatives for the InfluenceHer Collective such as regional meet-ups, mentorship programs, etc.

    • Updating and maintaining internal databases with key information on current InfluenceHer Collective members.

    • Managing the Her Campus High School Ambassador Program: sending bi-monthly emails, overseeing members-only groups, and prompting discussions.

    • Executing the growth of the HSA network through organic and strategic outreach, hitting growth goals.

    • Managing the InfluenceHer Collective’s and High School Ambassador Program’s social media accounts.

    • Assisting the Influencer Marketing Manager with influencer and high school marketing efforts for clients, tentpole events, and more.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree

    • 0-2+ years in a communications, influencer marketing or educational role

    • Strong interest in influencer marketing and the blogging industry

    • Experience in the media, B2B, female and/or college space

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Rigorous attention to detail and eye for design

    • Superior organizational abilities

    • Self-starter with go-getter attitude, positive and upbeat nature, and excellent work ethic who doesn’t mind getting his/her hands dirty and is excited about working in a startup environment

    • Strategic thinker with the ability to make decisions and manage relationships

    • Experience with Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and Snapchat is required

    • Experience managing and maintaining a personal blog or YouTube channel is preferred

    • Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Basecamp, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive and Keyhole proficiency helpful but not required
