Hera Fertility is seeking a Fertility Nurse Practitioner with strong experience in delivering fertility care to both males and females. As a remote telehealth NP, you will be responsible for providing patient-centered care and guidance to our clients in NY, Texas, and 11 other states. We are committed to helping individuals and couples achieve their family planning goals and providing high-quality, personalized care through telehealth services.

Responsibilities:

As a Remote Telehealth Nurse Practitioner at Hera Fertility, you will be responsible for:

• Conduct virtual consultations of patients' fertility potential using our Hera tool and review their medical history and test results.
• Coordinate and oversee fertility testing and consultation for patients remotely.
• Develop personalized care plans based on patient history and test results including prescribing medication.
• Connect patients with appropriate Hera Partner Specialist for in-person treatment as needed.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimum qualifications:

• APRN or WHNP Licensed in at least: NY, New Mexico, Florida, Washington, and Arizona.
• A minimum of 2 years experience working as an ARPN or WHNP treating patients with a focus on fertility, family medicine, maternity, reproductive health, and/or women's health.
• BCLS and/or ACLS are required upon hire.
• Fertility/IVF experience is highly preferred.
• Possess licensure in multiple states where members reside or willingness to obtain additional licenses, with Hera supporting the cost of required licensure.
