    HERA LAB GROUP is a rapidly growing dental service provider to the dental vertical for prosthetics and restorations, scanning hardware and software, SaaS, and 3D design modeling, and is seeking goal-driven Sales Executives to join our Team and be a part of our culture in Richardson, Texas. Unique to the medical sales-dental industry, HLG drives its business model with a proprietary workflow and case management solution, LabFlow; its branded line of intra-oral scanners and cameras; its consultation and collaboration with industry partners and solution providers; and its unyielding commitment to extraordinary customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive shall possess outstanding communication skills to prospect new customers through first-time engagements, referrals, networking, and trade shows. Our ideal candidate is a dynamic and creative thinker with experience developing strategies to exceed sales targets and personal goals. Responsibilities: Top Level Priorities include: • Conduct research to prospect and generate new customers in the medical sales-dental vertical • Develop and cultivate existing contacts and inbound sales inquiries • Partner with clients to implement business solutions to accomplish their goals • Personal growth, industry growth, and company growth are a must • Seek new opportunities and embrace challenges • Build life-long relationships, create wealth, and participate in profit sharing Job Activities: • Grow new customer base by visiting and consulting with Dental Practices and DSO organizations • Maintain a high-net-worth pipeline to sales • Manage customer portfolio by leveraging CRM and sales technologies for customer conversion • Engage in company, industry, and technical education and training • Participate in weekly meetings with company developments and industry updates; analyze and discuss KPI metrics and reporting; evaluate and re-evaluate short-term and long-term goals Qualifications: • Must be able to embrace, assimilate, and improve our company culture • Must have the mindset of an entrepreneur • Must be able to engage and provide solutions from multiple perspectives • Must be able to incorporate new technologies and adjust strategies to meet the demands of changing markets • Must be able to work remotely and travel to Richardson, Texas • Medical or technology service fields are a plus but not necessary • 3+ years of consultative selling Compensation: $85,000 - $125,000 yearly
