STAFF ACCOUNTANT: HERETIC BREWING COMPANY IS HIRING FOR A FULL-TIME STAFF ACCOUNTANT. JOB INCLUDES BEING ABLE TO PERFORM A FULL RANGE OF ACCOUNTING DUTIES IN THE RESTAURANT/BREWERY INDUSTRY.

REPORTS TO THE FINANCIAL CONTROLLER.

SALARY RANGE $75,000-$85,000 BASED ON EXPERIENCE. Duties include:

Full charge accounting duties working within QuickBooks online and integrated external platforms including Bill.com, Ekos inventory, and ADP.

Accounts Payable management and data entry (via Bill.com).

Recording daily sales transactions from the company's POS system to QBO.

Accounts Receivable date entry, management, and collections (via QBO and Ekos)

Updating, compiling, and entering monthly inventory reports and associated costing.

Assisting with, and communication therein, with auditors in completing year end audit as co-lead with the Financial Controller.

Assisting the company's Financial Controller with month end reporting to the board of directors and CEO of Heretic Brewing.

Providing daily/monthly reporting as needed.

Ensuring all deliverables are met on time.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

3-5 years experience with QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online preferred.

Proficient knowledge of Excel, able to maintain and build finance and accounting related spreadsheets.  Including a well developed ability to use formula driven spreadsheets.

3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a restaurant environment.

Must have a strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet.

Must be able to pass a basic accounting test administered prior to first interview.

Must have a Bachelor's degree in accounting.

Must be able to pass a background check.
