You will work from home converting warm leads by calling, texting, and emailing individuals who have expressed interest in our final expense insurance product. Responsibilities: • Guide loved ones as they seek insurance coverage for final expense (most commonly cremation or traditional funeral arrangements) • Adapt and remain positive while identifying the callers needs in conjunction with his or her health-based eligibility for coverage • Educate and help loved ones gain understanding in order to make an informed decision in completing an application for coverage Qualifications: • Basic computer proficiency (word processing, using a CRM, resizing windows, sending emails, managing files) • Phone-based communication competency (answering calls and making seemingly complex topics simple to understand via phone) • Life Insurance License through the Texas Department of Insurance or the willingness to become licensed • Previous sales experience • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred • Must be a resident of Texas and located in Texas Compensation: $15 per hour + Commission
