JOB TITLE: Customer Care Team Associate

LOCATION: Willmar, MN or Sioux Falls, SD

DEPARTMENT: Retail Services

POSITION SUMMARY:

Provides timely, accurate, and quality responses to any/all inquiries from Heritage Bank Customers. The interaction with the customer base may be via: calls, emails, chat, online application, texts, IM, or otherwise.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist external or internal customers in any way needed.
• Perform customer needs analysis and educate customers on other Heritage products and/or services.
• Come up with ways to improve the customer experience.
• Assist other areas of the Bank as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION

• High School diploma or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years Customer Service experience
• 1+ years Banking experience preferred

SKILL/ATTRIBUTES

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• High energy level
• good reasoning abilities with sound judgment
• Resourceful and well organized
• Service-oriented
