Job Summary:
The AVP/Loan Documentation Utility Officer’s primary responsibility is to oversee the preparation and post-closing review of loan documentation packages. Ensure that the documentation has been prepared and executed within procedures and the collateral is perfected accurately. Manage the clearance of documentation exceptions. Effectively interact with various lending personnel, upper management, and regulatory agencies. Provides loan documentation, technical support, and direction to Loan Documentation staff and acts as backup support for department Team Lead.
Pay Range: Base Compensation is dependent upon role, experience, and skill set: Min- $74,663/yr Max- $124,438/yr

Qualifications:
Associate degree (A. A.) from a two-year college or two to three years related experience.
Demonstrates ability and natural tendency to methodically examine and verify the accuracy and completeness of data. Individuals must be detail oriented and pay attention to detail.
CFI Laser Pro experience preferred or comparable documentation prep system experience.
Displays a customer focused attitude with the ability to engage internal and external clients, build personal connections, and exhibit professionalism.
Proven time management and problem-solving skills with the ability to organize, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks and make necessary decisions within a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrates initiative and the ability to work in an autonomous manner.
Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
Compliance Responsibilities:
The employee is responsible for ensuring compliance with all aspects of job-related laws and regulations and must maintain current compliance knowledge by attending compliance related training seminars and staff meetings and by reading pertinent compliance related materials.
Job related laws and regulations include but are not limited to the following: Bank Secrecy Act (BSA); Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC); Vendor Management; Information and Data Security; and SEC regulations related to corporate governance and disclosure.
