    JOB SUMMARY:

    As an Outside Roofing Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our roofing products and services directly to homeowners within designated territories. This role demands strong interpersonal skills, a results-driven mindset, and a passion for providing top-notch customer service.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

    Prospecting and Lead Generation:

    • Conduct door-to-door outreach to identify and engage potential customers.
    • Generate leads through strategic canvassing efforts and develop a pipeline of potential clients.

    Product Knowledge and Presentation:

    • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our roofing products and services.
    • Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers.

    Sales Negotiation and Closing:

    • Build rapport with homeowners to understand their roofing needs and concerns.
    • Tailor sales pitches to address customer-specific requirements and objections.
    • Negotiate pricing and terms to secure new contracts.

    Relationship Building:

    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients.
    • Provide ongoing support and communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Act as a liaison between customers, adjusters and company to resolve any issues.

    Market Analysis and Reporting:

    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
    • Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • MUST HAVE A LATE MODEL TRUCK (Half ton or Larger) or the eagerness to invest in one before starting the job.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
    • Familiarity with roofing products and construction terminology is a plus.
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
