Heritage Fence Company is looking for a Construction Retail Inside Sales professional to join our growing team! This role is a great opportunity for a SAFETY CONSCIOUS individual(s) with a minimum 2-years’ of sales experience in the construction industry. We are celebrating 51 years in the fencing industry! We are focused on customer satisfaction, quality craftsmanship and employee engagement and retention. We service the Residential, Commercial and Industrial markets in eastern PA, MD, DE and NJ with a focus on all types of Fencing (Wood, PVC, Aluminum, Chain Link, Temporary, etc) Decks, Railings, Wooden Guide Rails, Dumpster Enclosures, Gate Operators, Access Control and much more! MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

• High School Diploma/GED
• US Citizenship or Working Visa
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Customer service oriented
• Excellent customer service and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong phone presence and listening skills
• Ambitious, accountable, organized candidates with industrial distribution preferred
• Strong computer skills
• Critical-thinker and problem-solver
• Strong math skills
• Ability to pass new hire and random drug test

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Consistently deliver an exceptional client experience by adhering to our Core Values
• Manage incoming internet and phone inquiries and proactively pursue additional customer leads
• Answer all incoming sales calls, and handle all retail walk-ins
• Receive and process orders for online sales, showroom, sales & rentals
• Provide pricing/estimate based on Client’s specifications
• Respond to potential client questions/concerns within 24-48 hours
• Prospect GC’s/Clients to get on bid list
• Foster relationships with current clients and potential new clients
• Become an expert on our different product lines and know in great detail the pros & cons of each system (We provide training)
