Responsibilities: • Ensure that all customer checks and tabs are paid as well as record daily sales total and enter into point of sale system • Perform all restocking and cleaning activities as directed, including opening and closing duties • Purchase needed bar supplies, stock and track all wine, liquor, and beer stocks, and have a full supply of glassware on hand, notifying management of any supply issues or shortages • Mix and deliver drinks to customers including alcoholic and non-alcoholic varieties of wine, beer, liquor, and mixed drinks • Verify customers' identification age to ensure they are of legal age and provide alcoholic drinks in compliance with federal, state, municipal, and corporate rules and regulations Qualifications: • Possesses strong, organizational and time management skills • Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team members • Prior food service industry experience is highly desired • Proven customer service experience with a strong patron-focused mentality
