The Office Rep will perform office support activities for multiple supervisors. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing. The administrative assistant must have an intermediate to advance working knowledge in basic computing. As well as Internet research abilities and strong communication skills. Performs a variety of administrative Internet research functions and uses word processing, spreadsheet, presentation software, filing, and data entry. Responsibilities may include screening calls; managing calendars; making travel, meeting, and event arrangements. Organizational skills are required to prepare reports and managerial, financial data. Sensitivity to confidential matters is required.
