Heritage Vet Partners is looking to grow our Accounts Payable team in the West Point or Omaha area! We are looking for a full-time Accounts Payable Associate to handle various back-office duties. This position will work directly with our Accounts Payable Specialist as well as our Accounting Operations Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are no limited to:

• Paying bills & cutting checks
• Managing payments in our expense reporting platform as well as assisting clinics with their entries
• Various bookkeeping tasks, including entering deposits
• Communication with our vendor AR departments
• Various other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High attention to detail
• Highly organized
• Team player
• Computer & Excel knowledge and experience
• Basic Accounting knowledge

HOURS:

This position is a very flexible hybrid position. The typical hours will be Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. The option to work remote 3-4 days per week is a possibility after training!
