Nebraska Vet Services is looking for a full-time Front Desk Associate in our West Point location.  

RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:

• Assisting clients with animal appointment check-ins/check-outs
• Assisting veterinarians with off-site appointment prep
• Answering phones
• Setting up appointments
• Counting and filling inventory
• Data entry
• Customer service
• General office upkeep
• Other tasks as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized

HOURS:

Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm; rotating Saturdays 8:00am-noon.  Currently rotating every 4th Saturday; you do get 4 hours off during the week if working a Saturday!

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Prolonged periods of standing, reaching, and bending.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
