    Heritage Care Inc. is a non-profit organization providing healthcare and education to the community since 1996. We are seeking FULL-TIME, PART-TIME, AND PRN PEDIATRIC SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST in Riverdale, Maryland to help us further our mission!

    Spanish-English bilingual therapists are preferred, but not required. If you are currently licensed in another state, Maryland licensure fees are reimbursable. H1B (work visa) and EB2/EB3 (immigrant visa) sponsorship are available on a case-to-case basis.

    • Able to learn to use web applications effectively and efficiently. Training and guidance will be provided. Applications include but are not limited to Google Suite, electronic medical records, and telehealth applications.
    • Develop a pediatric evidenced-based plan of care tailored to pediatric patients' specific needs
    • Provides quality, personalized, and evidence-based interventions
    • Motivates patients during treatment to help them function optimally
    • Provides patient and family education
    • Consults and collaborates with other health professionals
    • Evaluates effectiveness of plan of care and monitor and communicate progress
    • Maintains a good-standing professional license
