    We're looking for a part-time Administrative Support Specialist, who will be responsible for providing high-level support to the owner of our Estate Planning Law Firm. This role requires exceptional organization, possess strong communication skills, and the ability to anticipate needs and prioritize tasks effectively. This role requires confidentiality, professionalism, and a proactive approach to managing the owner's schedule and responsibilities. Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain the owner's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and personal commitments. • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for both business and personal trips. • Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, presentations, and other documents as requested. • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times. • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and directing inquiries as appropriate. • Draft and send professional communications on behalf of the owner, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Organize and prioritize incoming requests and tasks, ensuring timely responses and follow-up. • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems, including contact lists, client files, and important documents. • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the owner. • Coordinate catering, venue selection, and other logistics for events as needed. • Provide personal assistance to the owner as required, including managing personal appointments, errands, and household tasks. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. • Minimum of 5 years experience as an executive assistant or personal assistant, preferably supporting high-level executives or business owners. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications. • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion. • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Compensation: $17 - $20 hourly DOE
