    We are seeking a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE for our Transportation company in our Houston, TX.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Working with Driver Managers and Customers to provide excellent service and delivery of goods.

    Communicating with customers via email and phone.

    Resolving service delivery issues, or escalating issues as appropriate.

    Processing documents and data entry.

    Other administrative duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    2-3 years Customer Service experience.

    1 year minimum experience in Transportation industry working with containers and drayage.

    Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency.

    Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

    Experience in CMS data entry with attention to detail.
