Qualifications - This is a great opportunity for an individual who wants to learn marketing to the financial services sector. -Some computer skills -Ability to work independently, prioritize, strong initiative and multitask -Strong interpersonal skills and ability -Extensive interface with Home Office, client and general public -Excellent English Grammar and word composition skill -Excellent verbal skills -Attention to detail and accuracy -Strong organization and problem solving skills Responsibilities - -Marketing for the financial services sector to include social media postings and management, website postings, email communications and more. -Prepare applications/service forms and materials for the Financial Planner and forward to the appropriate entity for the final processing -Follow up to ensure processing is handle in a timely manner, Keep customer and Advisor informed of status -Set up and maintain files for new and current clients -Assist in case preparation -Ensure accuracy of delivery documents and requirements -Set delivery appointment for Advisor -Process customer transactions and service request to customer's satisfaction -Resolve customer service issues of varying complexity
