    Role

    Hermeus is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our team. In this role, the successful candidate will lead engineering recruiting activities. A track record of building accomplished technical teams is key to this position.

    Responsibilities

    • Partner with founders and executives to understand company hiring roadmap, and develop/execute effective recruiting strategies to support company growth.
    • Generate robust candidate pipeline for technical (and some non-technical) roles through disciplined, measured, and customized outreach strategies including: personal network, events, LinkedIn/Github/Quora, social media, blogs, research, and on-campus events where appropriate.
    • Manage full life-cycle recruiting process, ensuring a superior candidate experience.
    • Selection and implementation of applicant tracking system and industry-leading recruiting tools and software.
    • Develop effective employment branding strategies for the company, including the creation of recruiting marketing collateral, job descriptions, and management of the company careers page.
    • Build and implement an efficient, scalable recruiting process for the organization.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • BA/BS degree.
    • 4+ years of technical recruiting experience, including a proven track record in sourcing and engagement of passive candidates.

    Desired Skills & Experience

    • Previous start-up experience is a plus.

    • Motivated self-starter and creative problem solver who gets stuff done.

    • Recruiter who enjoys the hunt, building his/her own pipeline, and possesses strong negotiation and closing skills.

    • Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence candidates and internal stakeholders.

    • Ability to learn and implement new systems and processes.
