We’re looking for a hard-working landscape crew lead to join our team. You’ll follow the instructions of the landscape manager to take care of our customer’s landscaping needs including hardscaping, sod, raking, mulching, trimming, pruning, and overall lawn care and maintenance duties. Applicants should be team players with industry experience who are proud of a job well done. Responsibilities: • Tend to flower beds using a sprinkler or irrigation system • Use pesticide for weed control when necessary • Help the crew team with landscape design, landscape installation, landscape construction, and landscape maintenance • Advise clients on how to maintain their landscaping design after work is completed • Complete detailed daily reports of work Qualifications: • Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification • Must have a U.S. driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from the work site • Must be a hard-worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic • 2+ years of experience as a landscaper for residential or commercial properties • In good physical condition with excellent health Compensation: $52,000 - $60,000
