Responsibilities: • Apply lawn care treatments, such as fertilizers and pesticides, following company guidelines to enhance and upkeep the health and appearance of customers' lawns • Operate and maintain lawn care equipment, including sprayers and spreaders, to ensure precise and efficient application of treatments • Engage with customers to promptly address inquiries or concerns related to lawn treatments, aiming to deliver exceptional customer service and guarantee satisfaction • Maintain accurate records of applied treatments and promptly report any issues or concerns to supervisors to support detailed documentation and assist in evaluating treatment effectiveness • Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations while working in various outdoor conditions to prioritize the safety of oneself, colleagues, customers, and the environment Qualifications: • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions • Be able to work outdoors for extended durations • US Work Authorization • Driver's License • Drug and Background Check Compensation: $15 - $20 Hourly
