We’re hiring a hard-working landscaper to provide high-quality services to our customers. Under the supervision of the crew leader, you’ll be responsible for mowing, mulching, edging, fertilizing, raking, pruning, and other lawn care and maintenance duties. This person will need to be flexible and have a "Can Do" attitude when it comes to assisting in other departments such as irrigation or fertilizing. Responsibilities: • Assist in fertilizer application according to company guidelines • Perform lawn mowing and trimming activities to maintain the appearance of lawns • Assist in maintaining landscape beds by planting, weeding, and mulching as needed • Aid in irrigation system repairs, including identifying issues, digging trenches, and replacing faulty components • Assist in the installation of sprinkler systems and drainage systems under the supervision of experienced team members • Operate and maintain tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner. • Follow all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas • Assist in other tasks and projects across the company as assigned Qualifications: • Familiarity with hand tools and maintenance equipment including blowers, chain saws, edgers, rakes, clippers, hedge trimmers, and lawnmowers • Driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from the work site is required • Excellent stamina and physical health • Must be a hard-worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification Compensation: $13 - $18 hourly
