Responsibilities: • Apply lawn care treatments such as fertilizers and pesticides in accordance with company guidelines. • Purpose: To improve and maintain the health and appearance of customers' lawns. • Operate and maintain lawn care equipment including sprayers and spreaders. • Purpose: To ensure treatments are applied accurately and efficiently. • Communicate with customers to address any questions or concerns regarding lawn treatments. • Purpose: To provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. • Keep accurate records of treatments applied and report any issues or concerns to supervisors. • Purpose: To maintain detailed documentation and assist in evaluating treatment effectiveness. • Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations while working in various outdoor conditions. • Purpose: To ensure the safety of oneself, colleagues, customers, and the environment. Qualifications: • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions • Be able to work outdoors for extended durations • US Work Authorization • Driver's License • Drug and Background Check Compensation: $15 - $20 / Hour
