    Inside/Outside Sales Representative - Hiring Immediately As an Inside/Outside Sales Representative, you will be our front-line ambassador, forging connections with potential clients and showcasing the value of our services. Primary responsibilities include: • Prospecting for new clients by networking, attending industry events, cold calling, and canvassing. • Developing leads into qualified prospects by generating phone calls and emails to secure appointments. • Conducting consultative sessions with clients to identify their needs and sell them on appropriate services. • Exploring neighborhoods, meeting new people, and uncovering opportunities to transform lawns into lush, vibrant landscapes. You'll introduce our services and build relationships with homeowners and property managers. Responsibilities: • Identify and pursue leads in residential and commercial markets, including networking, cold calling, door-to-door sales, referrals and industry events. • Cultivate genuine relationships with clients by understanding their needs deeply. • Champion our services with passion and conviction. • Collaborate closely with our team to shape our sales strategy and refine our messaging. • Embrace the challenge of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably within the landscape or a related industry. • Knowledge of landscaping principles and practices such as horticulture, fertilization, and irrigation. • Enthusiasm, drive, and a willingness to learn and grow with us. • Dynamic communication skills to authentically connect with diverse audiences. • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a must-have. Compensation: $75,000 at plan
